Every treatment plan starts with an in-depth inspection. We walk your property and identify high-risk zones where mosquitoes, ticks, spiders, earwigs, wasps, ants and sowbugs are most likely to thrive such as: Standing water (birdbaths, drainage ditches, gutters), dense vegetation, shaded or damp areas, Under-deck spaces. Based on our findings, we create a custom treatment plan for your specific outdoor environment.

Biological Larvicide Treatment
We use Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (Bti)—a Health Canada–approved biological larvicide to treat standing water that cannot be drained. Effective for, birdbaths, dutters, decorative ponds, drainage ditches. Bti kills mosquito larvae before they hatch into biting adults. It’s a safe solution that won’t harm children, pets, pollinators, or the environment.

Our natural barrier spray uses a garlic-based botanical solution to repel mosquitoes from your property for up to 21 days.
